You need to say which movie you're having issues with. If you haven't already, you might want to read some suggestions in this thread.

Also, I imagine the number of people trying to use the site at the same time has increased dramatically, considering what's happening in the world right now. I've noticed my internet, which is very high speed, has become slower over the past week or so. If that's the case, I suspect not much can be done about it at the moment.
