I just checked, and it's working fine for me right now. I have it running on Chrome, using a Windows 10 laptop. I suggest trying again. If you can, try using a different browser, as sometimes a movie will run in one, but not another, and it can vary for each person.

Thank you for posting about this error, and I apologize for the delay in responding. I've sent a message to Admin about it and posted a note beneath the movie. For reimbursement, you'll need to send a PM to etworm and request it, as described in post #1 of this thread.

I started watching the movie CODA but gave up after 15 minutes. Most of the movie so far is in American Sign Language but there are no captions. This movie needs to be captioned.

What does it help on this website when you do not get what you pay for!!! - I still haven't heard anything!! .. for the $ 50 I've paid..... I have stopped / refunded payment via MarsterCard service! you can do this if you do not get your product
