Smile Woman in Gold Movie Not Playing

Hi I have just tried to play Woman in Gold movie. It didn't work the first time I thought it might be me not doing something I should. It took 5 mg. So I tried it again and it took another 5mg. Could you please refund my 10MGs please?

Can you please see post #1 and provide the information listed? I have the movie running right now in Chrome on my laptop that's running Windows 7. Also, even if you clicked more than once, you should only be charged once per 10 clicks for each movie.

The instructions for seeking reimbursement are also in that post.

The post you quoted from is from 2011. Yes, technology has improved since then. I, however, am not in any position to change or upgrade the current technology of the site, since I am just a forum moderator. The tech side of things is taken care of by Admin, and moderators have no say as to when there are changes and/or what those changes will be.

Default Pretty Woman error

Works for about 2,5 min, then freezes. Even if I wait for a while, even 10 min, there is no change. It's unwatchable!

I have tested the movie. I did have an issue when using Chrome, but it ran smoothly in Firefox, so you might want to try another browser.

Unhappy MG lost

I have tried to watch the batman vs superman twice and both times i get two hours in and it gives me a playback error and will not play. I would like to get the 10 MGs back if possible.

I've checked the movie and couldn't replicate the error. Did you try changing browsers? I find that many issues I have in one browser are not a problem in another one.

You are still welcome to request reimbursement. The instructions on how to do so are post #1.

Default The Lord of the Rings: The fellowship of the rings

I can usually figure these things out, but this one is confounding.

I've been wanting to watch "Lord of the Rings: the fellowship of the rings" and launched it last night. The movie starts out fine, but stalls @ 5:29. There is no "buffering" wheel when it stalls, but continued play means 5-10 minutes of pause with 1 or 2 seconds of play. My home connection speed is 3 Mbps.
I rebooted my computer, reset my internet connection, and turned off all other wifi devices. I still get this error. I played a free movie (beetlejuice) which played completely through with no pauses.
I loaded the movie the next day on my company computer and still run into this error @ 5:29. Speed test shows work connection is 22.5 Mbps. I can only assume that the movie file is corrupted and ask for a refund of MG.
I would still like to see this movie, so if you get the kinks worked out, please send me a notification to my email address: moshekenney@gmail.com. I like your website and use it instead of renting older movies. Thank you for your assistance and keep up the good service.
