Hello,
Here two solutions may help you.
1. Uninstall your current Firefox and reinstall it: Download the latest Firefox at its official site: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
2. Try play video in Internet Explorer
Hope this works for you.

I'm having the same problems. I'm on a Mac and every time i try to watch using either firefox or safari the first window opens but it never connects to the server and the whole program crashs. I have tried re-loading firefox to no avail. I am a member of another site similar to this site and have no problems viewing. any other idea's would be useful

I understood
This problem is caused by the latest version of RealPlayer. Some members said that they updated their RealPlayer and could not play video in firefox any more.
Some language package of RealPlayer does not work well with firefox.
We strongly recommend our members to use English version of RealPlayer as well as download it from official site: http://forms.real.com/real/realone/intl/focus.html
