I need my credits back!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I have lost so many CREDITS over the last month or so but can't get any of my credits back to my account. I write e-mails to the WEBMASTER but don't get any responses. You pay your FEES and when you get poor service there appears to be NO RECOURSE.

I just lost some more CREDITS trying to view Sahara 07-23-2009, 12:39 PM 4 MG and Star Trek V: The Final Frontier 07-23-2009, 12:25 PM 1 MG.

Can someone please help me find a CUSTOMER SERVICE telephone number that I can call or a good e-mail address that I can contact for a refund? I have lost more than 30 MG CREDITS over the last 30 days or so.
