Kingdom of Heaven malfunction

at 28:30, film stops, then audio continues but video jumps ahead about 1.5 hours. Using firefox, Windows 10, never had this problem with this film before, thanks.:(

Star Wars Episode II

Simply does not play well; keeps starting and stopping throughout the film from about 5 minutes on. Other films work fine on this site, verified my connection is not the problem.
